If you are not 100% satisfied with your PICHI DESIGN purchase, you can return your order to us for a refund within 30 days of order delivery. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that additional return shipping costs are non-refundable. Also, remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For all approved exchanges due to manufacturing defects within 30 days of order delivery, we will provide free repairs and ship the item back to you at no additional cost. For exchanges after 30 days of order delivery, customers will be responsible for the shipping costs of return and resend.

All returns/exchanges must be from a verified pichi.ca order. We do not offer returns/exchanges on items purchased outside of pichi.ca.
