This review pertains to their blade holder, not the blades themselves. I am uncertain about the cause of the issue, as the first blade holder was exceptional and I immediately ordered another one. However, the second one arrived and does not function as effectively as the first. It sticks while attempting to operate it to the point, which makes it useless. I have called them twice and sent three emails, but received no response. I am uncertain whether they are unavailable or unresponsive. In the meantime, I advise caution when using their products, as they are not inexpensive and I am uncertain about their customer service or its existence.
